Mazadat Masr Fees Policy
How our commission-free launch works and which optional transaction costs may still apply.
1. Free during the launch period
The following Mazadat Masr platform services are currently free:
- Creating an account and maintaining a buyer or seller profile.
- Publishing standard auction and fixed-price listings.
- Publishing featured listings while the launch offer remains active.
- Placing bids, buying an item, or completing a sale through the platform.
- Mazadat Masr commission for both buyers and sellers: 0%.
2. Costs that may still apply
Transactions can involve services supplied by other parties or agreed directly between a buyer and seller. These costs are not Mazadat Masr commission and may include:
- Delivery, courier, freight, packaging, storage, or personal pickup costs.
- Payment-provider, bank, card, wallet, currency-conversion, or cash-collection charges.
- Inspection, authentication, valuation, escrow, insurance, registration, transfer, customs, or government charges.
- Applicable taxes, duties, licences, or regulatory fees.
- Returns, redelivery, cancellation, or dispute-related costs when agreed by the parties or required by law.
3. Buyer and seller responsibilities
Before committing to a transaction, buyers and sellers should agree in writing on the item price, delivery method, payment method, who pays each third-party charge, and any return or inspection conditions. Each party remains responsible for verifying the other party and the item, keeping payment records, and complying with applicable law.
4. Featured listings and future memberships
Featured listings are free during launch. Mazadat Masr may later introduce optional memberships, promotional placements, or paid tools. Any future paid service will be clearly priced before purchase, will require the user’s confirmation, and will not be applied retroactively.
5. Changes and questions
We may update this policy when the launch offer changes or new optional services become available. The current version published on this page governs platform charges. For questions, contact
