Mazadat Masr is an Egyptian marketplace that connects buyers and sellers for auctions and direct sales. Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, Mazadat Masr is not the owner of items listed by independent sellers.
Transactions and listings
Sellers are responsible for listing accuracy, lawful ownership, condition disclosures, pricing, delivery terms, and all required permits. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings, inspecting items where appropriate, and completing valid winning bids or accepted purchases.
Payments and disputes
Available payment and delivery methods are shown during each transaction. Users must keep payment credentials secure and report suspected fraud promptly. Disputes are reviewed using listing records, messages, payment evidence, and applicable Egyptian law.
Intellectual property
The Mazadat Masr name, branding, interface, and original content are protected. Product names and manufacturer marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify listed goods.
