How it works
From account creation to listing, bidding, winning, and completing a transaction—follow these clear steps on the Mazadat Masr auction platform.
List an item or create an auction
- Create your account and seller profile.
Register with a username, email, and password, then complete the seller and contact details requested in your account.
- Choose “Sell Now” and add a listing.
From your seller dashboard, create a new listing and select the best category, such as Vehicles, Property, or Electronics.
- Add accurate information.
Enter a clear title, condition and defect details, Egyptian location, price, quantity, delivery terms, and genuine photographs.
- Configure the auction.
In the auction settings, set the opening price, minimum increment, optional reserve, start time, and end time.
- Review and publish.
Preview the listing, confirm all costs and terms, then submit it. Monitor bids and notices from your seller dashboard.
Find an auction and bid
- Search or browse categories.
Use the search bar, categories, and locations to find a suitable auction.
- Review the auction page.
Check photos, description, condition, seller, location, delivery, opening and current prices, and closing time.
- Sign in and enter your bid.
Enter at least the minimum amount displayed and review the summary before confirming your bid.
- Follow the activity.
Watch the auction in your account and notifications. If another bid passes yours, you may bid again before closing.
Win and complete the transaction
- Confirm the result.
If your bid is the highest qualifying bid and meets any reserve, your account will show the win and receive a notification.
- Complete the order.
Review the final price, seller details, fees, and delivery, then pay or follow the settlement method shown on the order page.
- Arrange safe delivery.
Use platform channels, retain messages and receipts, and inspect the item according to the agreed terms.
- Ask for help.
